PTA Annual Giving

The goal of the PTA is to enrich each and every student’s time at Fletcher Middle School. At Fletcher Middle School, you will find that we have only ONE fundraising event – there are no cookie dough sales or gift wrap campaigns, no coupon books or magazines* to buy and no auctions to attend. Instead, the way we raise much needed funds is through our annual direct appeal campaign – a one-time ask at the beginning of the school year.

The suggested contribution per student is $300.

Please donate online or complete the PTA Annual Giving Form (in English) (in Mandarin 普通话) (in Espanol Spanish) and mail it with your check (made out to “Fletcher Middle School”) to Fletcher Middle School, 655 Arastradero Road, Palo Alto, CA 94306.

Every dollar raised will be used to enrich our children’s experience as they navigate middle school. With your donation, the Fletcher PTA is able to support our children’s development by providing funding for many student activities throughout the school year. These activities include the 6th Grade Science Camp, 8th Grade Recognition Night, Science Fair, Drama productions, the Ice Cream Social, the Book-a-thon, and TASK, the student led social kindness group. In addition, the PTA supports our parent community with parent education events, parent network groups, e-news, the Back to School Coffee and much more.
